If your “Robin Hood’s of Real Estate” referral results in a firm sale, you will receive a cash fee of $1,000 OR we will donate $1,000 cash to either the charity of your choice in your name or add your name and contribution to our own contribution through our, “Robin Hood’s of Real Estate” referral program. The concept of which is to, most often, donate to children’s organizations and schools in the communities which our clients are buying and selling in.
